Plan-It Perfect, LLC Rates Do Not Include
Cost of items purchased on behalf of client, goods or services charged by a vendor or 3rd party related to the client request, travel/mileage outside of 20-mile radius of client’s home, cost of parking to fulfill client request.
Forms of Payment
Payments for our services can be made to us through cash, check, or credit card.
Payment for Goods
For purchases up to $200 made on the client’s behalf, receipts will be provided and payment is due upon delivery. Payment for purchases in excess of $200 may be required in advance of purchase.
Refusal of Services
We reserve the right to refuse services deemed unreasonable, questionable, inappropriate or unsafe.
Advance Notice of Service
To better accommodate all of our clients we request that you schedule services at least 24 hours in advance, however we understand that emergencies are a part of life and Plan-It Perfect, LLC can often honor same-day requests without additional charges.
Advance Notice of Cancellation
If for some reason you must cancel our services, please call us at 708-522-5309 at least 24 hours before your appointment. A cancellation fee of $30 will be charged if the 24-hour notice is not confirmed by Plan-It Perfect, LLC
A $30 fee will be charged if we attempt to perform a service, but are unable to due to the fact that the client failed to provide access and information needed to complete the job.
Business Hours/Hours of Operation
Main hours of operation are Monday – Saturday 8 am – 4 pm**
** For Perfect Errands and Assistance Services only: Hours scheduled outside of normal business hours will be subject to a 20% surcharge (waived for monthly or quarterly subscribers).
Plan-It Perfect, LLC may collect personal information for the sole purpose of providing you with quality services that meet your needs. We will not share, sell or trade any of your personal information with any third party unless it is required to carry out services for you.
